How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do you wash windows?


We only do interior windows at the moment




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of $50 for the service(s) scheduled. And if I show up and you are not there to open or leave keys available there is a fee of half the price of the services schduled.




Do I have to be there personally, while you clean?


You do not need to be on the premises, if I have a way to get in and out.

If you call , we can work something out . If you are not available to open or leave keys for access there will be a half the price of your service charge. and if you call less than 24 hours there will be a $50 charge.

I work very well and thorough but in the case that you are not completely satisfied with my services , I will re do the services at no charge, within reason.
